Cookiecad ABS is a strong, heat-resistant filament that offers better performance than PLA and PETG for functional parts. ABS is stronger and more heat-resistant than PLA, but requires an enclosed printer to manage warping from thermal contraction. Ventilation is recommended, as ABS emits fumes during printing. ABS is not biodegradable.
Mermaid is a three-color gradient ABS that transitions from green through blue to purple and back again along the spool length. Each print captures a different phase of the gradient depending on spool position, making every result unique. The color sequence brings the look of ocean-inspired multicolor to functional ABS parts.
