Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Apparel items require 5–7 business days for production. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Creality Items
Creality printers, filaments, and accessories ship directly from authorized U.S. Creality warehouses. These items may ship separately from the rest of your order and typically process within 2–5 business days. Tracking will be provided once the item leaves the warehouse. Delivery estimates for Creality products are based on Creality’s fulfillment and carrier schedules, not VectorDesignsArizona’s internal shipping timelines.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update once the carrier receives the package.

VectorDesignsArizona is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, or other factors outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Please check with your local customs office for details prior to ordering.
Missing or Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. VectorDesignsArizona is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement. If a package is returned due to address issues, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs, or the order may be resent at the customer’s expense.
