Opt Out of Data Sharing & Targeted Advertising

What Happens After You Submit

  • Confirmation: You will receive an acknowledgment email within 24–48 business hours confirming receipt of your request.
  • Identity Verification: We may need to verify your identity before processing. We will contact you at the email address provided if additional verification is needed.
  • Processing Time: We will respond substantively within 45 days of receipt. For complex requests, we may extend this period by up to 45 additional days with notice.
  • Exceptions: Certain personal information may be retained where required by law (e.g., tax and financial records), for fraud prevention, or to exercise or defend legal claims.
  • No Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
  • Appeals: If we decline your request, we will explain our reasons in writing. You have the right to appeal by replying to our denial.
