PLA Carbon Fiber 1.75mm, 1KG/2.2LB
AMOLEN PLA-CF contains 15% carbon fiber, giving you a meaningfully stiffer, lighter filament with lower warp and better layer adhesion than standard PLA. The CF content is structural only — this filament is not electrically conductive, a common question for CF materials. Surface finish is matte throughout; the fine CF grain texture naturally hides layer lines without any post-processing. Raw materials are USA-sourced, and each spool is fully dried and vacuum-sealed before shipping.
Nozzle Requirement
Hardened steel nozzle required. Carbon fiber is highly abrasive — brass nozzles will wear rapidly with PLA-CF and should not be used for sustained printing.
Colorways
Black — Classic industrial look; the CF grain texture is most visible in black. The standard choice for structural parts, mechanical assemblies, and UAV/drone components.
Brown — Warm earth tone that softens the industrial CF aesthetic. Good for display models and accessories where the structural benefits of CF matter without a stark color.
